CA. AASHISH MEHTA, B.COM (HONS.) FCA

CA Aashish Mehta is a Chartered Accountant with over 13 years of experience in taxation matters both domestic and international of large and varied client base. He has been involved in international tax advisory and compliance services to foreign companies and has extensive experience in advising clients on EPC contracts and matters relating to corporate and international tax.

He specializes in Tax & Regulatory matters and advising clients on bid planning and review, tax optimal contract structuring, contract negotiations and drafting/review of contracts. He also practices in auditing and tax compliances as well as assisting companies in corporate tax assessments and appeals until tribunal levels and preparing and implementation of tax litigation strategies for foreign companies.

Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with Deloitte in consultancy, audit and taxation.

CA. AARTI MISHRA, B.COM (HONS.) FCA

CA Aarti Karwande is a qualified Chartered Accountant with over 12 years of post qualification experience . She is a partner in "Hinesh R. Doshi & Co. LLP". She has rich experience in the fields of Assurance, Transfer pricing, FEMA regulations w.r.t Inbound and Outbound Investment and RBI Compounding matters, International Tax Advisory services, Due diligence services, Tax assessments, etc. for various globally recognised MNC's. She mainly focuses on FEMA advisory and regulatory compliances for Firm's clientele. She had also represented Firm for ISO certification as Management Representative. Before joining Hinesh R. Doshi & Co. LLP, she has worked with Mr. Prafulla Chajjed, current President of ICAI, for 3 years.

CA HIRESH DESAI - B.COM, FCA, CFE (USA), FAFP

CA Hiresh Desai has qualified during 2008 and has post qualification experience of over 11 years. He is qualified in the post qualification course of ICAI in Forensic Accounting and Fraud Detection. He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and the member of Association of Certified Fraud Examiner, USA.
He has leadership experience in areas of Statutory Audits, Internal Audits & Investigation Audits, Tax litigation services, International Tax Advisory and Transfer Pricing. He also practices in the areas of advisory services for US GAAP, IFRS, Valuations and FEMA related matters.
Prior to joining the firm, he was associated with Price Waterhouse in Assurance services for clientele in Financial Services.

CA ASHISH SARAF - B. COM, FCA, DISA

CA Ashish Saraf has qualified during 2008 and has joined the firm in 2008. He became partner in 2014. He is qualified in the post qualification course of ICAI in Information System Audit (ISA). He has post qualification experience of over 11 years in the field of Auditing, Income Tax and Service Tax of various multinational companies.
He has been involved in domestic and international tax advisory and compliance services to Indian and foreign companies and has extensive experience in advising clients on EPC contracts and matters relating to corporate and international tax.
He is leading the GST Advisory team for the Firm and is involved in GST implementation for various clients wherein he advises on the part of impact analysis and other advisory services in relation to GST.
